Wow seriously the past three weeks have just flown by! I got married, I traveled to an amazing honeymoon destination, and have now started setting up my home! It was so nice to recharge, refocus and come back ready to go (ignoring the jet lag). Ugh guys I miss flying so much!! It was so fun getting back up in the air again, even though I wasn’t in control it was still great to fly.
There are so many things that I want to tell you, so I think I will do a wedding post and a honeymoon post or two in the coming weeks so you guys can take that journey with me too. It was a lot of work and I never want to plan a wedding again but I love the outcome! Marriage is sooo nice (says amateur little me who’s only been married three weeks ;P) but honestly I love it! It so much fun having a person to do life with that is just as committed to the relationship as you are. I’m very blessed by Jeffrey and his love for me.
So we are in the awesome stage of setting up a home. Although we are only renting for now we still to make this little trailer on the prairie feel like a home. It has always been my desire that my home be open and hospitable so I am doing my best to make it organized and homey. Who knew that taking two people and putting them together would bring so much stuff together too! We both didn’t even have houses, just bedrooms! So we are trying to sort out that currently. I am enjoying playing homemaker and brainstorming for organizing and decorating.
We got two kittens, we will see if they stay on the yard. Noma and Sparkle (I didn’t name them and don’t ask how they got their names.) We are pet owners which I like, its fun having animals around to entertain you! They hopefully will work and keep the mice down around here, because that is the main reason we got them. I have always grown up with animals and cats are super easy to take care of. So thus we jump right into adulting!
I think thats all I’ll write for this post. I am really itching to tell you about our wedding and honeymoon so it’s super hard not to add things in this post that will take away from that when I get to write those posts. Definitely some fun posts coming in the near future!
